Abalone

The abalone harvested in the pristine waters of Tasmania make up 25% of the worlds production, effectively managed the industry is seen as the premium supplier to the discerning markets of Asia.

The predominant species the Black lip (Haliotis Ruber) is harvested by divers from the rugged coastline, it is then transferred to our live holding facility where the product is stored and then finally prepared for export.
