Live Giant Crab (King)
One of the largest crabs in the world the Giant Crab (Pseudocarcinus gigas) is caught in the deep waters along the continental shelf of Australia at depths of up to 270 metres. They can grow up to 13kgs in size and a highly sought after in Beijing, Malaysia and Singapore for their unique taste and shape.
The fishery is limited to 62 metric tonnes per year and is caught year round.

- Under 3kgs
- 3kgs to 5kgs
