Warm Pork Fillet Salad with Honey Dressing
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 8-10 minutes
Serves: 4

List of Ingredients:
- 2 small port fillets (200g each)
- 1 tblsp olive oil
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- Dressing
- 60 mL (3/4 cup) olive oil
- 1 tblsp red wine vinegar
- 3 tsp honey
- Salt and cracked pepper
- Asian salad leaf greens
Rub the oil over the pork and season with pepper and salt.
Cook under a preheated grill or BBQ on medium-high for 7-9 minutes.
Rest the pork for a few minutes before slicing.
Combine dressing ingredients in a covered container and shake will, season to taste.
Serve the cooked pork on a bed of Asian salad leaves.
