Mark Wray

Mark took on the role as Chief Executive Officer in 2016, after being the Group’s Chief Financial Officer since 2010. Prior to this Mark was CFO of Steggles, a privately held $1billion agribusiness for four years. Mark spent seven years at James Hardie Asia Pacific. Over this period, he held roles as Vice-President Finance in Manilla and Finance Director of Australia/New Zealand. Prior to that held corporate management positions with Wesfarmers Landmark, Deutsche Asset Management, Nomura Fund Management (London) and Elders IXL.

Mark has a great understanding and experience in Operational Excellence, Strategic Marketing and fully integrated agricultural supply chains.
He is a Fellow of the ASCPA and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW and holds tertiary qualifications in Agricultural Science.

Scott joined Craig Mostyn Group in June 2010, since then he has held the positions of Corporate Account, Treasury Manager and Group Financial Controller, before being appointed CFO in March 2016. Prior to joining Craig Mostyn Group Scott has worked at the Perron Group for four years and previous experience in public practice. Scott has over ten years accounting and finance experience working with two of WA’s largest privately owned businesses. Scott is CPA qualified and holds a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Accounting.

Andrew Mostyn

Executive Director Andrew spent the first 4 years of his working life as an accountant in shipping company Patrick Agencies before joining Craig Mostyn & Co Pty Ltd in 1986. He has held a position on the Board of CM’s various companies since 1993. As part of his interest in business, the community and sport he sits on a number of Boards & committees aligned in those areas such as the NSW and WA Family Business Australia Committees since 2000 and is currently Chairman of FBA in WA and Director of the National Board. Andrew is also the WA Ambassador for the charity Hands Across the Water, a Director of the Fremantle Foundation as well as Western Force Promotions and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.


Julie Cox
General Manager, Business Development

Julie Cox

Julie joined Craig Mostyn Group in 2012 to lead mergers and acquisitions, a key growth platform for the Group. Julie was a director of PricewaterhouseCoopers where she had over 30 years experience in corporate finance, valuations, due diligence, financial modelling and independent expert reports across a range of industries covering agribusiness, food and beverage manufacture, quick service restaurants, banking, mining, energy, utilities and industrial services. Julie worked in the Perth and Sydney offices of PwC. Prior to joining PwC, Julie worked for Arthur Andersen and Armstrong Jones Property Group.

Julie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has acted on the boards of two not-for-profit charities in the arts and as a member of the Energy Reference Group of the Chamber of Minerals & Energy of WA.

Ron Penn

Ron joined the meat industry with Lee Bros Export in 1962, followed by Derby Industries in Derby in 1971. Ron worked in Durban, South Africa for Orchid Foods (Bull Brand) where he managed the cannery, boning and wholesale operations for 3 years before taking a 2 year contract with the Botswana Meat Commission as the Boning Room supervisor. He was promoted to Assistant Works Manager after 6 months. Ron returned to WA with his family in 1979 and joined Metro Meats then Watson Foods, Prota Pet Meat before joining Craig Mostyn to commence LVP in late 1998. He was promoted to site manager in June 1999.

Greg Lott

Greg spent the first nine years of his working life in the Reserve Bank working mainly in the Exchange Control and Foreign Exchange area. In 1986 he joined Cadbury Schweppes and worked in various sales roles before being appointed State Manager for Western Australia in 1989, a position he held until 1996. He then joined the Sumich Group, a large scale fruit and vegetable grower/packer as General Manager of the Group’s Chilled Foods business. Greg joined CM in 1998 as General Manager of Globe Meats, a position he held until 2004. In 2004, Greg was appointed to the role of General Manager Rendering & Protein with responsibility for the Talloman and Protein Trading businesses.
